Tech Moms Coaching Circle
Group Coaching for Tech Moms
Moms in Tech have always had it tough. Many feel they have to choose between being successful in their career and being a ‘good mom’ (whatever that means). The Tech company rewards killing yourself for your career, which is impossible to do as a mom. The culture also makes it taboo to talk about what you need as a mom. The pandemic has made this even worse.
Please join us as we create a safe space to talk about the challenges of having a successful Tech career and raising children (all during a pandemic!).
Our circle will include 8-10 moms
We’ll meet for 90 minutes every other week on Zoom:
Sunday, May 16, 10-11:30 am Pacific
Sunday, May 30, 10-11:30 am Pacific
Sunday, June 13, 10-11:30 am Pacific
Sunday, June 27, 10-11:30 am Pacific
Members will have light-weight practices between sessions
We’ll use Slack to stay connected and support each other
What you will get: a community of successful Tech Moms, a place to talk about topics you can’t discuss anywhere else, and coaching from an Executive Coach who sees you.
This is an inclusive space and anyone who identifies as a mom is welcome

About Mari, your Coach
I’m an Executive Coach with over 15 years of experience developing leaders, and 12 years of experience as a Tech Mom. In my coaching practice, I noticed a theme with my clients who were Tech Moms - these clients have unique challenges related to being a mom in tech and often feel alone in their challenges. I’m offering this program because I’ve been there and I know you are NOT alone. I believe the way forward will be with a community of other Tech Moms by your side and I want to help you find them. I am also Mom to Dante (13) and Gemma (11).
About you
You are a mom working at a Tech company. You are finding it challenging (impossible!) to keep up with the demands of your job (which you used to love) while parenting. You feel alone, don’t know where to turn for help, and have stopped seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. You are looking for a community that understands what you are going through and a coach who can help you find a new way forward.
