Many feel they have to choose between being successful in their career and being a ‘good mom’ (whatever that means). The Tech company rewards killing yourself for your career, which is impossible to do as a mom. The culture also makes it taboo to talk about what you need as a mom. The pandemic has made this even worse. Please join us as we create a safe space to talk about the challenges of having a successful Tech career and raising children (all during a pandemic!).
